Fast, courteous, knowledgable and flexible — what’s not to like? Eric came out and assessed the problem with our dryer within minutes. While the part wasn’t readily available on his truck, he had it ready the next day and was extremely flexible on coordinating the repair timing. I would definitely recommend them and will call for them again next time we have a problem with an appliance!
