John, Customer“My wife noticed that our GE side-by-side refrigerator had stopped cooling when we returned from the grocery on Saturday evening. After a very unsatisfactory call to Sears on Sunday morning, my wife found “All Area Appliance Service” in the phone book. I called around 9:20 AM and Eric arrived around 01:00 PM. He had the problem diagnosed in only a few moments and even logically explained to us what had gone wrong. Eric tested to verify that his diagnosis was correct and replaced the failed part. Then he took the time to thaw the iced over freezer coils with his heat gun to assure he had the problem solved. We are very pleased with Eric’s straightforward manor and rapid efficiency. I will never call or even shop at Sears again and made sure I got extra business cards from Eric to hand out to friends and relatives.”

While the part wasn’t readily available on his truck, he had it ready the next day and was extremely flexible on coordinating the repair timing. I would definitely recommend them and will call for them again next time we have a problem with an appliance!

Kathy H, CustomerExcellent, timely and HONEST repair. So thankful for Tony. My Samsung dryer just wouldn’t go and all symptoms pointed to the control board (expensive part – $500 repair). He was fast (in and out in less than an hour), diligent about checking every possible cause – and THEN – the best part – he realized while installing the new control board that the belt moved ever so slightly. Ultimately, it was the belt that caused the problem (not the board) – which was $300 less. He could have easily fixed the belt without me knowing and charged me for the control board. Instead, he was honest and showed me exactly what the issue was. Smart guy – the belt looked fine – what happened was a pulley had a defect in it which put tension on the belt and caused it to age prematurely (and shred). Tony – you are a GENIUS. Can’t thank you enough for your integrity and detective skills.
Terrific experience with Eric at AAAS. They are a small family run company and were recommended by a co-worker. Eric fixed my dryer efficiently and was extremely polite and courteous. He even took a look at a couple of other items when I mentioned having concerns. Highly recommend them!
We had Tony come over to look at our microwave and dryer! It was already hectic with a three year old and two dogs running around, but he was ever the professional!! Quick, quiet, and efficient. I am always grateful to have servicemen with a friendly personality. It makes the process of having to pay for this kind of stuff so much easier!! He was so nice! As a woman, it’s also nice to have someone treat you respectfully and take the time explain what the problem is without talking to you like you’re an airhead! Thank you!
